[Daily News] Dar es Salaam -- THE Minister for Constitution and Legal Affairs, Dr Juma Homera, has launched a new programme by the Registration, Insolvency and Trusteeship Agency (RITA) that will enable birth certificates to be issued within 48 working hours through the use of modern technology.
