Ghana : Floodgate in Keta Opened for Lagoon to Flow Into Sea
[Ghanaian Times] A team of technical experts from the Volta River Authority (VRA) has opened the Havedzi floodgate in the Keta Municipality to allow water in the lagoon to flow into the sea.
