Govt Says Power Outages Will Ease After Grid Upgrades, Musenero Urges Patience

Government has attributed the recent wave of electricity outages across Uganda to major upgrades of the country's transmission and distribution network, saying the disruptions are temporary and will ease once key infrastructure projects are completed next month.
